I'm In Love...

pic from here

Seriously, folks. If you're not an avid viewer already, give up one hour per week and get into this show.

People are saying it's like High School Musical.
*buzzer*
WRONG.

Yes, there's singing (and dancing) and it takes place in a high school... but that's all it has in common. There's humor (adult humor) and a plot! *gasp*

Thanks to my wonderful sister, I've been blaring the Season 1 Soundtrack all day at work. And it's WONDERFUL! Those kids really have some great voices!

So yeah, check it out. Seriously.

The Christmas List

For as long as I can remember, my family's been making Christmas lists for each other.

I think it started with circling every single toy in the JC Penney Christmas Catalog with a black magic marker. (Basically, I was happy with anything they picked, as long as it wasn't clothes.)

Now that my list of wants is a bit more expensive, making the annual list is a little more difficult.

But this holiday season has officially started, and the lists have been emailed around.

What's on your list this year?

For me...

It's officially the
WEEKEND!!
I hope you have a great one!
For some reason, my mood just suddenly perked up. Hmmm... *ponders*

Goals

We all have goals in life.

Some want to make a million dollars, become a teacher, inspire others, and others just want to travel the world.

Companies also have goals. Increase quality, become more green, reduce costs, improve customer service, contribute to local charities...

Goals are great things! Without them, we would just be floating through life not really "accomplishing" anything. We'd just be living.
So today, I've set a new goal for myself...
Not to kill anyone.
I certainly think it's an admirable and desirable goal. Especially with the way things have been going around here lately. Only a few short hours left. Let's see what happens.
Wish me luck!

It's beginning to sound...

a lot like Christmas!!

On November 1, they started playing Christmas music on the "All Christmas Station". And while everyone groans at the announcement... I get a smile.

Not a little grin... I'm talking A Kid On Christmas Morning Smile.

I *love* Christmas music!!

Every time I get in my car, I hear Sleigh Ride.

S L E I G H R I D E ! !

The song we played in high school band... like 84,000 times! We all wanted to play it just to hear the whip crack at the end. Yep. Puts me in the best mood every single time.

Gosh I love that song.
